Bianca was great and very friendly. She did a very thorough clean which we were very happy with. Even though she didn't finish the upstairs as she ran out of time, I appreciate the level of clean and we can just reprioritise the tasks next time for her :)

Rocio did a great job today. She thoroughly cleaned the shower glass which had a lot of limescale buildup and polished all the chrome fixtures. She always does a great job dusting, vaccuming and mopping. She's very polite, and always does everything that's asked.
